How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please send an email from your registered email address to connect@gadiyo.com. Include your registered email address, phone number, and use the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.
Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we will verify your request and delete your account within 7 business days. You may receive a confirmation email once the deletion is completed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, your profile information will be permanently removed and any personal data associated with your account will be deleted from our systems.
Data Retention (if applicable)
Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or security purposes. This data will be securely handled and deleted after the required retention period.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all associated data and services
