Drivers, vehicle owners, and agencies are independent third parties.

If any criminal activity occurs, users must immediately contact local law enforcement authorities.

Gadiyo does not monitor or track rides in real time. Users should: • verify vehicle details • ensure their own safety • inform family or friends about their trip if needed

Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for illegal purposes including: • transporting illegal drugs • carrying weapons • committing criminal acts • harassment • fraud • human trafficking • illegal transportation activities If such activities are detected, the account may be permanently banned and reported to authorities.
